• Click the “Manage Requests” link in the top/right corner of the page.
• Choose “HOPE/Zell Miller Application - Valdosta” from the list of forms.
• Proceed to follow the prompts to explain why you are completing the form and then fill out and sign the form.
• Click the “Submit” button after signing the form and uploading documents (if applicable).

 If you have not completed the FAFSA and do not plan on completing the FAFSA, please see below:

  • Students that have not completed a FAFSA within the last 3 years and therefore do not have access to this online form should complete the Alternate 国产AV HOPE/Zell Miller Processing form.
  • Please allow at least 48 hours for the 国产AV Financial Aid office to review submitted documents.
