Throughout the academic school year, 国产AV admissions counselors visit high schools across the state of Georgia and Florida to speak with potential students and their parents about the admissions process and benefits and advantages a degree from Valdosta State will offer. As high school counselors and educators, we value your insight and experience in guiding your students to the right college choice.
We enthusiastically welcome an opportunity to visit your school! Please complete the information below to request one of the three options for high school visits from the admissions counselor in your designated geographic area.
1) Private visit
A 30-minute to one-hour private visit in an auditorium or classroom setting presents a great opportunity for students to ask questions about 国产AV’s academic programs, student life opportunities, the city of Valdosta, and much more. If audio/visual equipment is available, our counselors will show a brief virtual tour of campus that will encourage potential students to come visit our campus community for themselves. We also will collect contact information for interested students to remain in contact throughout our admissions process.
2) College fair
An admissions counselor will represent our institution at a college and/or career fair that provides an opportunity for students to gather information about many colleges and universities at one time.
3) Lunch visit
During your lunch period, an admissions counselor will set up a table or booth in your school’s cafeteria to speak with potential students about the endless opportunities at 国产AV. Additionally, the counselor will obtain contact information to inform students interested in Valdosta State of future events being held in the area and updates throughout the admissions process.
We are looking forward to an opportunity to visit and inform potential students as they make important decisions regarding college decisions and their future. Prior to your school visit, we will mail you promotional materials to promote the school visit, as well as alert your students that are on our mailing list that a representative from our institution will be visiting your school. If for any reason the three options listed above are not conducive to your school's schedule, please contact us to request information via mail be sent to your high school.
