They make sure I don’t hurt myself because I tend to overdo.” In her time there, she has lost around 80 pounds. “Sarah and Sean were really good with keeping me realistic and making sure I realized the progress that I made, keeping things positive,” she said. “It’s real easy to get down on yourself because you’re not able to do what you’d like to do. “They’re both very encouraging. They also keep things changed up, so that you don’t get bored with it. I have more endurance than I had before.
